Life coaching is having a personal coach for your life!  If you want to make changes, stay on target for achieving specific goals, or just need someone to keep you focused, while working through life issues, then coaching could be for you.

Sue Freeman is a Certified Professional Empowerment Coach having received certification from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC) organization in October 2002.

Sue is available for phone or in-person life coaching sessions. 

It takes time to make lasting changes and accomplish goals.  I can assist you in taking the steps necessary to achieve those life goals.  I recommend a two or three month commitment with the first session lastingone hour and each subsequent session being 30 minutes in length. 

Coaching is a way to empower yourself and stay focused on your goals.  All clients information is kept confidential and the strictest of integrity and ethics apply to each and every session.
